Portable Perfection-KEMOSABE Single Serve Coffee Packets

Posted by Southwest Beverages on 4/15/2016

As a sales representative for a major medical drug manufacturer I travel a lot for my job and as a result I stay, on average, two to three nights a week in hotels. For the first couple months of my job I found it difficult to get into any kind of routine. I was away from my family, alone, my healthy lifestyle was severally curtailed to bland salads and “junk food” and the hotel offering of in-room coffee was, let’s be kind and just say, “limited”.

While I continued to miss my family and learned how to occupy my idol time on the road, the coffee situation continued to annoy me because it broke my morning routine of enjoying a good cup of coffee while I was getting dressed. That was until I spent two days in Tucson, Arizona and discovered Kemosabe gourmet flavored coffee at a local grocery store. What first attracted me to this coffee was the aroma that radiated from each of the flavored boxes-mocha, chocolate hazelnut, chocolate cinnamon, chocolate irish cream, French vanilla and crème butterscotch. Upon further examination I was pleasantly surprised to learn that each box contained twelve single serve coffee packets. “Perfect,” I thought for travel needs. Before I could flip the box and read the ingredients, a woman, pushing her grocery cart, approached and reached by me for a box of crème butterscotch.

“If you are having any doubts about the quality or taste of this coffee, let me reassure you, this is the best tasting instant coffee I ever had. While the crème butterscotch is my favorite, I must tell you all the flavors are delicious.”

“Well, I certainly appreciate your endorsement,” I replied. “I’m here on business from Akron, Ohio so Kemosabe coffee is new to me.”

“Well then, it should be perfect for you. You can take a few of the single serve coffee packets with you wherever you go.”

“That would be nice to wake up each morning and enjoy the consistency of a delicious cup of french vanilla coffee.”

“I’m sure you will be very satisfied with Kemosabe coffee, after all Kemosabe means, ‘Trusted Friend’, and having been on the road for a number of years as a truck driver with my husband, you can use all the friends you can get.”

“I know that feeling well. Thanks for the tip.”

To make a long story short, I fell in love with Kemosabe gourmet coffee and now take several single serve coffee packets with me where ever I travel.
