Transform Your Life-KEMOSABE LITE Diet Coffee

Posted by Southwest Beverages on 5/20/2016

OK, so your life is not going the way you planned, or your hit a “bump” in the road, perhaps a breakup, or your need dental work you can’t afford, or your car needs a repair you can’t afford. It’s times like these that test us as adults to see if we will manage the situation or “run” from it. Let’s face it running is not the option. The only solution is to manage the situation and in some cases this means you have to transform your life.

When situations like these occur in my life I go to a quiet place, usually with a container of Kemosabe diet coffee, and quietly think through my options. The reason I bring diet coffee to my “think-tank” is because Kemosabe diet coffee provides comfort to me and I happen to enjoy a good container of diet coffee, particularly their chocolate cinnamon diet coffee. Once I’m relaxed I begin to think through my various options, writing down each. I found when you write down your options it makes you really think through all the consequences. So now you’re asking yourself, OK this works well for monetary situations-you can cut your budget a little here and there to finance your dental or car repairs, but how do you deal with an emotional situation.

When dealing with an emotional situation, the first thing you have to do, other than make sure you have significant diet coffee on hand, is to accept the reality of the situation. Let’s take a breakup or a divorce or instance. There are only two options, either the relationship can be saved or it can’t. If the relationship can be saved, write down all those “things” that have brought the relationship to the point where it is. Address each and then put a plan together to change your behavior to make the relationship work. If, on the other hand, you have come to the conclusion that the relationship is beyond saving, then accept it and move on. Transform your life to a new, bright opportunity. During your transition its extremely important to always have a positive frame of mind and don’t look back. Don’t feel sorry for yourself or adopt a “woe-is-me” attitude. Don’t run to your friend who is in a similar situation to establish a “misery loves company” relationship. No! Accept your situation, plan your next opportunity and implement it. Life is too short to do otherwise.
